a joint venture between Goldcorp Inc. and Kinross Gold
Corporation) granting Temex the option to acquire a 60%
interest in the Whitney Township |

(1951-1954) gold mines.

Mesothermal gold associated with several styles of veins/structures at or near the contacts of Timiskaming-type sediments with altered mafic volcanics and along contact of mafic and ultramafic rocks.
