Donner has the option to earn a 50% participating joint venture interest in the Matagami Project by incurring a total of $25 million of expenditures on exploration and related work on or before May 31, 2011.
Location of the Matagami Project
The Matagami Project essentially encompasses the Matagami mining camp in northwestern Quebec. Located 650 km northwest of Montreal and 183 km by road north of Amos, the property comprises 2,045 mineral claims covering 477 km2. There is a surrounding area of mutual interest totaling 4,737 km2 which covers portions of NTS map sheets 32E09, 32E16, 32F10, 32F11, 32F12, 32F13, 32F14, and 32F15.
