The Property includes an open-pit mine which operated in the mid-80’s and produced about 226,000 tonnes of ore
with a reported headgrade of 1.6 g/t gold.

| Geology of the ARMSTRONG BROOK Project |
|
|
Principal control of gold mineralization is a series of northeast-trending thrust faults and related structures.
Gold grades in the 30-40 g/t range are found in quartz-carbonate veins within envelopes with lower gold grades.
Gold Mineralization is present in Pre-Cambrian granites and Paleozoic sedimentary rocks marked by strong clay-pyrite-hematite alteration.
