The Grandroy Mine property consists of a 58.97 hectare claim which completely covers former mining concession 604 and is located 12 km east of the town of Chibougamau, in the southwest quarter of Roy Township, Quebec.

| Geology of the GRANDROY Project |

The property is underlain by the Grandroy granite pluton which intrudes Gilman formation ardesites and basalts. East of the mine felsic tuffs and volcanics with a combined thickness of up to 1,220 metres have been mapped.
