The property is composed of three mining claims with a total area of 150 hectares located in the central part of Sonora State (Mexico) 45 km ESE of Hermosillo City, in the municipality of Ures, 4.5 km from Santa Rosalia Village. The centre area coordinates are. 29° 07' 30" North Latitude and 110° 31' 30" Longitude West.

It was developed at the end of the 1800’s or beginning of the 1900’s and the workings left from those activities total 165 meters in length.
