The Mt Ida Gold Project is located approximately 200km north-west of Kalgoorlie and 100 km north of the Davyhust processing facility. Monarch acquired the 500 sq km tenement package (under joint venture), including the historic Timoni Gold Mine, which has produced over 265,000 ounces of gold.

Mt Ida currently comprises a resource base of 110,000 ounces at an average grade of 24.0 g/t Au and with all associated infrastructure including camp, offices, refurbished shaft and mining equipment.
