In June 2006, Aura Silver staked a high grade silver and base metal prospect at Greyhound Lake in the central Churchill region of Nunavut.
Location of the Greyhound Lake Project
The Greyhound project is located 38 km north of the community of Baker Lake, Nunavut and about 32 km south of Agnico-Eagle's developing Meadowbank Gold Mine. An all-weather road to the Meadowbank Mine from Baker Lake crosses the Greyhound property which is less than 40km north of tide water.
