History of the Frogmore Project
The Frogmore district was mined for copper during the late 1800s and early 1900s.
 
Geology of the Frogmore Project
Chalcopyrite occurs as vein style mineralisation associated with pyrrhotite or pyrite accompanied with chlorite -sericite and minor silicification. The fault zone can be traced for approximately 50km along strike, and juxtoposes Ordovician sediments to the east of the host Silurian volcanic rocks.
