|
Abong Epithermal Gold is a near-surface, low sulphidation epithermal gold prospect. Gold mineralization at Abong occurs within a flat lying, near-surface, 10 to 15 metre thick jasperoid sheet. This expansive blanket contains a series of elongated, northeast oriented higher grade (4 to 6 g/t) gold zones that are surrounded by extensive areas of 0.5 to 1.5 g/t gold mineralization.
