History of the LAKE JOHNSTON Project |
Project development of the Maggie Hays deposit commenced in January 2003. In March 2003, LionOre exercised an option to purchase BHP Billiton’s 69% share of the Maggie Hays deposit and its share of the regional exploration tenements which increased LionOre’s ownership interest in all Lake Johnston assets to 100%. Ore production from the main mineralized zone commenced in May 2005.
