Under the terms of the amendment, KWG and Spider acknowledge that they have reached parity and share this project 50:50, and KWG can acquire a 66.67% interest in this project by solely funding a program that matches Spider’s historical expenditure to date on the project.
History of the MacFadyen Project
Sixteen of those kimberlites were discovered in the area by Monopros, the Canadian exploration arm of De Beers Consolidated Mines in 1988-89. The seventeenth other kimberlite was drill identified by a joint venture between Canabrava and Navigator, near one of the more southerly De Beers kimberlitesSpider and KWG discovered their first two kimberlites; MacFadyen #1 and MacFadyen#2 in 1994

The MacFadyen Group of five Paleozoic kimberlites is located along the course of the Attawapiskat River amongst 17 other kimberlites
