History of the RED DOME PROJECT
Red Dome was a very profitable gold mine for Nuigini Mining between 1985 and 1996. It produced one million ounces of gold and 35,000 tonnes of copper from an open pit 350 metres in depth over a period when the gold price averaged between A$450 and A$550 per ounce.
