| Geologix holds 100% interest in the concessions subject to terms of the Newmont Alliance agreement which allows joint development of the project. Newmont has elected to join Geologix in further exploration of Liscay and will fund their share of exploration expenditures accordingly. Geologix is operator of the joint venture. |

Liscay is located in the Andean highlands in Lima Department approximately 150 kilometres southeast of Lima.

| Geology of the Liscay Project |
|
|
The Liscay Property covers a large area of precious-metal-bearing low-sulphidation epithermal veins and vein swarms. Altered wall rocks and isolated altered outcrops with no clear relationship to the veins have also been found to carry precious metals indicating potential for bulk-tonnage, disseminated-style mineralization as well.
