| The property is 100% owned by Murgor. The property is, however under option to Trelawney Resources Inc. since May 2006. Trelawney has the option to earn a 50% interest in the property over a period of 5 years with aggregate cash payments of $200,000 and by issuing a total of 750,000 shares of Trelawney to Murgor. Trelawney will also have to incur exploration expenditures of $1.5 million. |

The Mishibishu Property is located 50 kilometres west of the town of Wawa, Ontario and 9 kilometres north of the shore of Lake Superior. The property is accessible by an all season gravel road leading to the Eagle River Gold Mine.
