The property is 100% owned by Murgor. The property is, however under option to Trelawney Resources Inc. since May 2006. Trelawney has the option to earn a 50% interest in the property over a period of 5 years with aggregate cash payments of $200,000 and by issuing a total of 750,000 shares of Trelawney to Murgor. Trelawney will also have to incur exploration expenditures of $1.5 million.
Location of the MISHIBISHU Project
The Mishibishu Property is located 50 kilometres west of the town of Wawa, Ontario and 9 kilometres north of the shore of Lake Superior. The property is accessible by an all season gravel road leading to the Eagle River Gold Mine.
 
Geology of the MISHIBISHU Project
The Property is located in the Archean Mishibishu Greenstone Belt, and is underlain by mafic volcanic rocks and clastic sedimentary rocks bounded to the east and west by large intrusive bodies of tonalitic composition
