The IRON-T Vanadium Project is located in central Quebec, Canada just west of the mining centre of Matagami. The Iron-T covers part of the Bell River Complex which is a large layered Archean intrusion.

| Geology of the Iron-T Project |

|
Geological resources of up to 200 million tonnes have been estimated at the site. Vanadium, Titanium and Iron values at the Iron-T have proven nearly identical to that of the nearby Lac Dore Deposit which at 102 million tonnes contains approximately 5.5 billion pounds of Vanadium Pentoxide making it the second largest Vanadium deposit in the world.
