The majority of the property is underlain by northwest to east west-trending metasediments consisting of siltstone, arenite and conglomerates intercalated with felsic pyroclastic metavolcanics. The metasedimentary -- metavolcanic package is intruded by gabbroic to feldspar porphyritic intrusions that range from dikes to larger plugs.
