History of the Atlanta (Nevada) Project |
Small lode production occurred sporadically from the early 1900s through 1950s when Bob Cat Mining and Standard Slag Corporation place the a new open pit mine into production. The mine produced 121,000 ounces of gold and 830,000 ounce of silver from ores grading 0.094 oz/ton gold and 1.48 oz/ton silver from 1976 through 1985.
