The Ferguson Flats Property is located approximately 35 kilometres (20 miles) southwest of Wendover, Nevada in Elko County, Nevada.

| History of the Ferguson Flats Project |
|
Little is known about the property prior to Codex work. Several historic claim posts and trenches exits on the property however no data has been found on the owners or operators of the historic work. Since acquiring the property Columbus Silver (under the direction of Codex Exploration Co) has mapped the property and traced the structural zone for a length of approximately 3 kilometres (2 miles).
