It is situated around 7 kilometres to the Southwest of the Clontibret target.

Exploration work at the Glenish target is still at a preliminary stage. An extensive gold geochemical anomaly larger than that at the Clontibret target has been discovered, with the presence of gold verified in the bedrock.
