This is an early-stage exploration property located within the Kharmagtai Porphyry Cu-Au District, 120 km north of Lookout Hill.

| History of the Manlai Project |
|
The property has been covered by extensive soil sampling and IP and magnetic geophysical surveys. Mapping, sampling and trenching was carried out on the main targets. Limited diamond drilling has tested three areas - the East, Central and North Targets.

| Geology of the Manlai Project |
|
|
The geology, age of intrusive rocks, alteration and mineralization styles are similar to those at Ivanhoe’s Kharmagtai Cu-Au deposits that lie 15 km to the west. Based on significant copper, molybdenum and gold results to date, the Manlai property has great potential to host extensive porphyry and epithermal style mineralization.
