Location of the Golden Eagle Project
Golden Eagle is a large high grade gold and silver system near the town of Republic, in northeast Washington.

History of the Golden Eagle Project
Santa Fe Gold estimated a historic resource in 1996 for the 211 acres of private land comprising the Golden Eagle property of 32,191,280 tons grading 0.069 ounce per ton for 2,221,198 ounces of gold. A qualified person has not reviewed this resource and the historical estimate should not be relied upon.

Geology of the Golden Eagle Project
The Golden Eagle deposit is a tabular, steeply dipping hydrothermal breccia body hosted in Sanpoil Volcanics and overlain by the Klondike Mountain Formation and recent glacial gravels. The deposit is mostly covered by gravels, with outcropping mineralization on the south and west margins.
