Serpentine Nickel Property is located 60 km south of Timmins and 47 km west of Matachewan. It is accessible by a major gravel logging road from Timmins.

| History of the Serpentine Project |
|
In 1964, one of two drill holes drilled within the nose area of the Serpentine Lake ultramafic complex returned 0.26% Ni over 300 feet (91.4 m). The best nickel assay in this section was 0.41% Ni over 10 feet (3 m).

| Geology of the Serpentine Project |
|
|
The property has the potential for Kambalda and Mount Keith style nickel mineralization in the Komatiitic ultramafic volcanics, gold enriched volcanic massive sulphide mineralization in the felsicultramafic volcanic stratigraphy along strike of the Sirola patents, and gold quartz lode mineralization in the volcanics of the property.
