This gold project covers an area of 26,772 hectares and is located in the central portion of the La Florida Belt in southern Uruguay, approximately 140 kilometres northwest of Montevideo.

| Geology of the Chamizo Project |
|
|
The project is situated within the granite-greenstone terrane of the La Florida Belt. This terrane comprises Palaeo-proterozoic age rocks. Exploration is focused on one to two shear zone/quartz vein zones with over 10km strike length.
