| The Los Helados property is subject to the same joint exploration agreement as Filo del Sol. The Company will have an initial 60% interest in the joint venture and will fund its pro rata share of all expenditures. |

|
The Los Helados property is located in Copiapo Province of northern Chile, with easy access from the city of Copiapó (2.5 hrs drive). The property is located several kilometres south of the leachable copper project called Regalito.

| Geology of the Los Helados Project |
|
|
The Los Helados target is a large porphyry system with overlying epithermal zones. Copper mineralisation has been intersected within porphyritic andesite/dacite and within surrounding altered granite.
