The property consists of 19 surveyed claims in ranges 9 (lots 24 to 38) and 10 (lots 27 to 30), totalling 724 hectares in Clericy Township, Quebec. The property is situated approximately 27 km north-east of the town of Rouyn-Noranda and about 6 km north of the hamlet of Mont-Brun. A gravel all weather range road (range 9/10) traverses the property.
