Location of the Bibiani North Project
The project is located approximately 400km north of the capital Accra in the Western and Ashanti regions of Ghana. It comprises an irregular series of licences trending north east from the area of the Bibiani Mine and town, paralleling the range of hills that characterize the belt margin as far as the village of Abofour in the north.
 
History of the Bibiani North Project
Prior to Red Back's involvement little systematic exploration had been carried out in much of the project area.
