The Noyard property consists of 14 claims and is located approximately 25 kilometres south-west of Matagami, Quebec.

| History of the Noyard and Vezza Project |
|
Noyard Property is adjacent to the Vezza project, where Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. identified an auriferous resource (not conforming to National Instrument 43-101) of 1.9 million tonnes grading 4.6 g/t Au, or approximately 250,000 ounces of gold. There has not been any deep drilling done as yet in this area to test the potential of the depth extension of the Vezza deposit.
