The 818 square-kilometre Karabulak exploration licence is located 200km west-southwest of Osh, adjoining the Karavhsin licence. The 952 square-kilometre Karavshin exploration licence area lies immediately east of the Karabulak licence and about 6km southwest of Batken.

The licence is at an early exploration stage, with only regional stream sediment sampling over the project area and one program of reconnaissance soil sampling completed to date.
