Geology of the Apex-Lowboy Project
Both projects are located on the same mineralised trend which is a contact zone between a Jurassic granitic pluton and meta-sedimentary units of a Palaeozoic thrust sheet. The uranium mineralisation at both Apex and Lowboy is located mainly within the metasediments and consists of the uranium phosphates autunite, torbernite and meta-torbernite.
