History of the West Tanami Project
The Tanami Complex of Western Australia is considered highly prospective for unconformity-related uranium. Uranium explorers established in the region have drawn similarities between the regional geology of the Tanami to the Alligator Rivers region of the Northern Territory and to the Athabasca Basin in Canada.
