Location of the Infiernillo Project
The Infiernillo prospect is located approximately 76 km NE of the village of Santo Tomas in the region of Cusco, roughly 1315 km south of Lima via Nasca, then to Cusco on to Santo Tomas. The property consists of four concessions, Infernillo XXI, XXII, XXIII and XXIV for a total of 3,752.29 hectares at an elevation of 4,000 meters above sea level.

Geology of the Infiernillo Project
The rocks in the area correspond to a sequence of white quartzite of the Yura Group known locally as the Mara Formation. Overlying the Mara Formation is a series of grey to bluish grey limestone of the Ferrobamba Formation of the Middle Cretaceous. There are diorite, granodiorite and some hornblende bodies intruding in the sedimentary rocks, which in some areas form magnetite-hematite bodies.
