History of the Aurena Project
The Aurena Project saw minor prospecting on polymetallic skarn veins in the mid-20th century. The Mexican Geological Survey undertook reconnaissance mapping and sampling on the property during the 1970's and 80's, identifying polymetallic gold, silver and copper mineralization as well as a small reported copper resource. The project area has no drilling history.
 
Geology of the Aurena Project
