The property is located 65 kilometers north-northeast of Stewart, British Columbia, along the eastern margin of the Coast Mountain Range. Access to the property is currently by helicopter, although the Eskay Creek Mine access road lies approximately 25 kilometers to the northwest.

Four mineralized zones were located between 1980 and 1993, which include the Snowfield Gold Zone. Ten historical drill holes in the Snowfield Gold Zone indicated potential for a bulk tonnage, gold-molybdenum resource.
