| Geology of the TRUE GRIT Project |
|
|
The property is underlain by Cambro-Odrovician metasedimentary rocks of the Bay d'Espoir Group that are intruded by the North Bay Granite, a medium grained two mica granite, just west of the property. The property is host to two significant gold occurrences, known as True Grit and Golden Grit, and a significant antimony occurrence known as Antimony Ridge.
