The Block J Concession is subject to an option and joint-venture agreement signed in October 1999 between Afri-Can and Woduna Mining Holding Ltd. Afri-Can holds a 70% undivided interest and is the operator of the joint venture. Block J is not subject to any royalties, back-in rights, payments or other agreements or encumbrances.
