The Bomboré Project is one of the largest gold resources in Burkina Faso. In November 2008 Orezone released a NI 43-101 compliant gold resource estimate showing a total Indicated resource of 926,600 and an Inferred resource of 1.78 million ounces. The resources are open at depth. |

The project is centered on the village of Mogtedo, approximately 80 km east of Ouagadougou.

History of the BOMBORE Project |
Bombore was previously the core asset for Channel Resources and the reason for an aggressive take over bid of the company by Etruscan/Placer several years ago. Placer had an option on this project. Orezone holds 100% interest in the exploration permit and intends to follow up the high grade zones in order to build the resources.

The greenstone belt which extends across the Bombore permit for 50 km from the southwest corner to the village of Meguet in the northeast, is underlain by mixed +- sheared metavolcanic and volcaniclastic intrusion the "Petite Suisse", is exposed on the western border of the property.
