The Project site is located on Williams Creek, 8 km west of the Yukon River and some 38 km northwest of the town of Carmacks. It consists of 240 quartz claims, quartz claim fractions, quartz leases, and quartz lease fractions.

Geology of the CARMACKS Project |
|
Copper mineralization at the Carmacks deposit occurs as similar discrete, but steeply dipping structures which have been extensively oxidized to depth. At Minto, sulphide copper mineralization is manifest by bornite and chalcopyrite. Copper mineralization at the Carmacks deposit at Williams Creek is primarily oxide in nature, consisting of malachite and azurite.
