Dynacor has signed an option to acquire the Casaden gold property located close to Cajamarca, in northern Peru. The option is for a duration of five years. Dynacor must pay the current owner US$ 50,000 (US$ 35,000 paid as of December 31, 2006) over a period of five years starting in 2004 and will be able to acquire 100% of the property in consideration of a final payment of US$ 550,000. |

Casaden is located in the district of Magdalena, 890 Km northeast of Lima, in the Chicama–Yanacocha structural trend. The altitude varies between 1,600 and 3,740 metres above sea level.

History of the Casaden Project |
Outcrops sampled in Casaden show gold anomalies of up to 1.5 g/t (sample 801: 1426 ppb Au). Outcrops of the Retamas river show gold anomalies of up to 0.5 g/t (sample 839: 526 ppb. Au). The confluence area of faults in the Las Minas stream shows gold anomalies of up to 0.7 g/t Au (sample 826: 698 ppb Au).
