The Cerro Jumil gold/silver project was acquired by the Company in May 2003 under a five-year option, which was exercised early, in October 2006.
Location of the Cerro Jumil Project
The Cerro Jumil gold/silver project is located just south of the city of Cuernavaca in the State of Morelos, Mexico. There is excellent access and infrastructure available.

Geology of the Cerro Jumil Project
Gold and silver are associated with a variety of altered rocks around the periphery of a granitic stock that, in turn, was intruded into overlying limestones. The mineralized suite of rocks, collectively know as "skarn" mineralization, is well exposed along the southern, eastern and western margins of the granite/limestone contact.
