Geology of the Mt Likuruanga Project |
|
Mineralisation is in quartz-diorite and magnetite breccias. The targets are a possible World Class primary copper deposit and/or a more easily developed, near surface and higher average grade secondary (supergene) copper deposit. The strongly copper mineralised zone is more than 1,400m long before going under volcanic rocks to the north and is generally about 400m wide (but is up to 1,000m wide).
