In November of 2005, then Dynacor Mines Inc. (now Malaga Inc.), purchased Pasto Bueno. For all purposes below, the “Company” refers to Dynacor and to its subsidiaries Minera Dynacor del Perú S.A.C. (80%), Dynacor Exploraciones del Perú S.A. (100%), Minera Malaga Santolalla S.A.C. (100%) and Minera Pasto Bueno S.A.C. (100%). |

The Pasto Bueno mine is located in northern Peru, 830 km from the City of Lima.

History of the Pasto Bueno Project |
The Pasto Bueno mine, is one of which originally began production in 1941. During its previous ownership, through out the 1980's, the mine produced over 1 million tonnes of Tungsten (WO3), at a rate up to 1000 tonnes/day, from the old 800 tonnes/day mill.

The existing reserves at the Pasto Bueno mine are located in the Huaura sector of the property and are found in five different veins between levels 10 and 12.
