| In March 2008, Exco entered into a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Polymetals Group Pty Ltd (Polymetals) for their acquisition of a 50% interest in the White Dam Gold Project, including the relevant tenements and existing project assets. As of 2009, Exco owns 75% of White Dam with Brisbane-based Polymetals Group holding the balance of and managing the project. |

The White Dam gold deposit was discovered by MIM in the late 1990’s and acquired by Polymetals Mining Services Pty Ltd in 2001.
