The Mihuatlan Property is a silver-gold epithermal vein system located in the Sierra Madre Occidental.
 
History of the Miahuatlan Project
The property was drilled in the late 1980's by the Mexican government.
 
Geology of the Miahuatlan Project
The Mihuatlan Property and surrounding area is dominated by Cretaceous and Tertiary Andesites with interlayered arenites and argillites. The volcanic / andesitic rocks are exposed throughout the property and are in one spot covered by Quaternary basaltic cover rocks and/or lahars. As well, one small (Jurassic??) granitic / monzanitic intrusive is exposed locally.
