The Esaase Gold project and the mining lease on which it is based are owned 100% by Keegan Resources Ghana, a fully owned subsidiary of Keegan. the Govt of Ghana retains the right to take a 10% interest in the project. The lease is also subject to a 3,5% NSR owed to the Government of Ghana. |
