In March, 2006, Silver Dragon Mining de Mexico S.A. De C.V. became a wholly owned Mexican subsidiary of Silver Dragon Resources Inc, by virtue of “Agreements to Purchase” 15 of the mining concessions. Silver Dragon Mining de Mexico S.A. De C.V. holds a production lease with option to purchase one additional claim.

The Cerros Las Minitas project is located in the center of Durango, approximately 70 kilometers NE45° from Minitas Hill and 9 kilometers North from Guadalupe Victoria County. Access is by the federal highway Durango-Gomez Palacios and a dirt road which is in good condition all year long.
