The Elvenei deposit is located in central Chukokta, 110 km from Bilibino, home of the Bilibino atomic power station (43 MW) and 540 km from the largest Arctic seaport, Pevek. The area of Elvenei license is 12 square km. Roubles 30.15 million (US$1.2 million). Sutcliffe has a 20 year license to exploit the deposit area.
