Atna currently owns a 10% Net Smelter Return royalty on all of the precious metals from the Woverine Property. The royalty is strongly levered to the price of silver in one of the largest undeveloped silver deposits in North America: at a silver price of $5.00 Atna retains a 4% NSR which increases to 10% at a silver price >$7.50. |

The Wolverine deposit is located in South East Yukon, Canada, 237 km North West of the transportation hub Watson Lake and 441 km North East of the capital city Whitehorse. The Wolverine property encompasses 107 square kilometres and is approximately 26 kilometres west of the Robert Campbell Highway.

Geology of the WOLVERINE Project |
|
The Wolverine deposit is a classic volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposit hosted in felsic volcanic and argillaceous sedimentary rocks of probable mid-Paleozoic age. The massive sulphides occur in two tabular semi-continuous lenses.
