Vista signed an Option to Purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Yellow Pine gold project in November 2003.
Location of the Yellow Pine Project
The Yellow Pine gold project is located about 60 miles east of McCall, Idaho.

History of the Yellow Pine Project
Resource studies were performed for Vista by Pincock, Allen & Holt of Denver, Colorado, an independent consulting firm in November 2003 using industry-standard block modeling software on data from 538 reverse circulation and core drill holes, totaling 120,922 feet.

Geology of the Yellow Pine Project
These predominantly sulfide-type gold resources are contained within the Yellow Pine and adjacent Homestake deposits and are open to expansion both laterally and at depth. Gold is associated with silver, antimony and tungsten mineralization in an altered and silicified zone within granitic rocks of the Idaho Batholith adjacent to the regional Meadow Creek fault zone.
