The Suguti property is situated in the Lake Victoria Gold Field approximately 60km south of the town of Musoma, and is covered by one. Prospecting Licence (No. 337/95) which covers an of 150 sq km.

| History of the Suguti Project |
|
Gold was first discovered in the Musoma greenstone belt in 1913. Production began at Buhemba in 1922. total production from the area is reported to be 23,378kg gold (751,510 ounces). The property has been covered by regional aeromagnetic and radiometric surveys, TM imagery, grid soil sampling, rock chip and channel sampling, together with geological mapping.
