In 2004, Sterling entered into an agreement pertaining to the Metropolitan claim groups, which expires when cancelled. The agreement provided for the issuance to the Company of 200,000 shares of the stock in the owner of the Metropolitan claim groups and an annual advance royalty payment by the Company to the lessor of $12,000. |
